Mandolin Gallery
Loar Style F-5 Mandolin.  This Mandolin was made using the same plates I sell.  The f-holes were cut on the cnc also.  The plans were developed after studying, measuring and drawing 10 Loar instruments.

The instrument in most of the photos has a top made from AA Grade red spruce.
